What will my garden scheme cost?+
Routine turf visits carry a modest monthly fee; terraces and full replanting are priced fixed after a free home visit. Each estimate is broken down line by line, so you can see where funds go — and adjust the scope to your spending plan.
How soon might you begin?+
Upkeep rounds normally begin within a fortnight. Build-and-plant schemes are generally booked 3–6 weeks ahead in busy months. Arrange an early visit and we will reserve your favoured slot.
Must I stay home during visits?+
Not at all. Most households lend us side-gate entry and get on with their day. After each call you receive a short note with photos, so you always see what changed.
Do you carry cover?+
Completely — full public liability, vetted and uniformed growers, plus documented precautions for tree and stonework tasks. Paperwork can be shared ahead of any scheme on request.
What if the finish disappoints me?+
Flag it within a week and we return to correct it at no charge. Beds carry a first-season renewal pledge and stonework a 5-year craftsmanship warranty — recorded in writing on each estimate.
